It started at 35,000 feet.
Two female executives on a flight to Alaska — exhausted, overwhelmed, and finally, finally honest with each other. Between them, 50 years in healthcare. Every credential. Every answer for everyone else. And yet, when it came to their own bodies, their own burnout, their own quiet unraveling — they had nothing.
Then came a functional medicine appointment, a doctor who listened, and three words that changed everything.
Pink and fluffy.
A name was born. Then a mission. Then a movement.
Pink N Fluffy exists for every woman who has been holding it together so long she's forgotten what it feels like to let go.
We built the podcast to have the conversations nobody else is having — hormones, identity, desire, money, reinvention — out loud and without apology. We built the events to give women a safe, protected, ridiculously fun space to exhale, connect, and remember who they were before the world got so heavy. We built the community because belonging is not a luxury. It is the whole point.
Everything inside PNF — the closed events, the costume themes, the anonymity — is intentional. You are safe here. Your story is yours. What happens in the circle stays in the circle.
We are just getting started.
The podcast is live. The Founders circle is forming. The 2026 event calendar is filling up — and the women who get in now will have first access to every room we ever build.
This is your invitation.
Not to be fixed. Not to be coached into someone else's version of well. But to find your people, tell the truth, laugh until something hurts, and walk away remembering that you are not alone in any of it.
Come get pink and fluffy with us.
