About Us

How it started.

Somewhere over the Pacific, at 35,000 feet, two women finally told the truth.

They were executives. Accomplished. Decades deep into careers that had demanded everything — and they had given it. Between them, 50 years in healthcare. They knew bodies. They knew systems. They knew how to fix things.

What they didn't know was how to fix this.

The fatigue that wouldn't lift. The body that felt like a stranger's. The overwhelm that lived behind every smile. The conversations with partners that went nowhere. The guilt about the kids. The quiet, creeping feeling that something was wrong — and the louder, scarier feeling that maybe nothing was wrong at all. Maybe this was just... it.

They talked the whole trip in Alaska. Really talked. The kind of talking women rarely make time for.

Then came the drive-through. Morning tea. A pause in the ordinary. And one of them said what neither had said out loud yet:

"If we're struggling — and we don't even know what to do — how many other women are out there feeling exactly like this?"

That question became Pink N Fluffy. Not a brand. Not a business. A response. A lifeline dressed in something soft and joyful, because women who carry heavy things deserve beautiful spaces to set them down.

We built the thing we needed. We just left the door open for you.

How it's going.

They landed in Alaska. Did the work. Flew home.

But the conversation never stopped.

It followed them into their offices, their cars, their kitchens. Into the appointments they had been quietly postponing for years because there was always something more urgent, someone more important, something more pressing than their own bodies.

One of those appointments changed everything.

Sitting across from their functional medicine doctor — the kind who actually listens — she was explaining the benefits of vaginal estrogen. Why it mattered. Why so many women needed it and didn't know it. Why the absence of it was quietly stealing comfort, confidence and intimacy from millions of women who had simply been told to push through.

"What does it do?" one of them asked.

The doctor smiled.

"It makes everything pink and fluffy again."

They looked at each other. And just like that, they had a name.

Not because Pink N Fluffy is about vaginal estrogen — though we will absolutely talk about it, loudly and without apology, because someone has to. But because those three words captured something much bigger. The idea that women deserve to feel good again. Vibrant. Alive inside their own skin. That the things we've been whispering about in parking lots and group texts and late-night Google searches deserve to be spoken at full volume, surrounded by women who nod because they know exactly what you mean.

So they built it.

About All of Us

What's Next?

The Pink N Fluffy Podcast — where no topic is off limits and no question is too embarrassing. Hormones, relationships, money, identity, desire, grief, reinvention. The conversations your doctor doesn't have time for and the internet gets completely wrong.

Quarterly events that feel nothing like a conference and everything like the best sleepover you never had as an adult. Themed, costumed, and intentionally playful — because when everyone's in a wig, nobody's on guard. The costume isn't just fun. It's the point. It's the permission slip.

And underneath all of it — the community. A closed, protected circle of women who found each other because they stopped pretending.

Because here's what they understood from the very beginning: women will not tell the truth in spaces that don't feel safe. So everything inside Pink N Fluffy — the podcast, the events, the community — is built on one sacred promise. Your identity is protected. Your story belongs to you. The closed events, the costume themes, the anonymity — none of it is accidental. It is the architecture of a space where women can finally exhale.

This is not a wellness platform. This is not another space where women are asked to shrink into someone else's idea of better.

This is Pink N Fluffy. Built by two women who had every credential and no answers. Who found the answers together. Who refused to keep those answers to themselves.

We went to Alaska on a business trip.

We came home with a mission.

Come get pink and fluffy with us.
